ADMISSION
CRITERIA
INTELLECTUALLY CHALLENGED boys and girls of all
levels of ability and all nationalities, between the ages of three to 16 years
of age, are admitted into the Al Noor Training Centre for Children with Special
Needs, for the regular morning programme.
Children on the waiting list with the above criteria
have the option to attend the afternoon classes held twice a week. These
children get priority for admission to the morning programme on availability of
seats. Intellectually challenged children below the age of three can be
admitted for the Early Intervention Programme, held twice a week in the
afternoons.
At the time of admission to the Centre, the following
documents are required:
- Medical Report with diagnosis
- Report of visual Acuity
- Audiological report
- Psychological assessment ( IQ Report
)
- Report from previous school attended
( preferable)
- Passport copy with valid visa
